Job Summary

Leading a team of Data Engineers and analysts, the hybrid Data Engineering Manager will oversee project assignments, establish strategic direction for data engineering initiatives, and ensure alignment with business needs while working remotely within commuting distance of Philadelphia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to ensure adherence to data architecture and governance standards
• Assign work schedules and monitor project completion for core team duties
• Engage with business teams to develop innovative data solutions that meet customer expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of post-bachelor engineering and project management experience
• Experience in Data Engineering, Enterprise Data Management, and Cloud-based Solutions
• Proficiency in Data Warehouse, Web Services, and API development
