Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To support the Finance Data and Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Engineering Manager will design and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines, oversee automation frameworks for finance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the scalability and reliability of data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage reliable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using tools like Airflow, dbt, Python, and Snowflake
• Develop and manage automation frameworks for finance metrics, supporting month-end and quarter-end processes
• Oversee multiple projects, managing priorities and resources in a dynamic environment while aligning initiatives with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in developing automation frameworks, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Deep expertise in Python and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud databases
• Proficiency in modern data engineering practices and tools, including ETL/ELT processes
• Experience in scaling operations in high-growth environments
• Strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving transformation initiatives and process improvements
