Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time Data Engineering Manager, the role focuses on bridging data architecture with strategic marketing initiatives, managing a team of 2, and translating large datasets into actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion data literacy by providing training and support to the Engagement Marketing team
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Data and Engagement Marketing teams to enhance collaboration
• Ensure data integrity by overseeing the lifecycle of data feeds, including validation and monitoring

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of experience in data, with at least 3 years in the e-commerce sector
• Deep knowledge of marketing functions such as Performance Marketing and Lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing measurement methodologies and designing data architecture
• Advanced fluency in SQL and Python, with experience in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
