Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data engineers, the full-time remote Data Engineering Manager will drive the execution of scalable data solutions, oversee the development of data delivery services, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of robust data solutions and pipeline frameworks for structured and unstructured data
• Oversee the development of data delivery services to support operational processes and analytical models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and maintain automated data processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of related professional experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and data pipeline technologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
• Knowledge of the healthcare payer domain, particularly in Cost of Care and Value-Based program reporting
