Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership for data engineering services, the full-time remote Data Engineering Manager will manage data engineers, oversee ETL pipeline development, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data solutions aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor data engineers on projects and professional growth while administering HR processes
• Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvement concepts and technical solutions for data platforms
• Implement and monitor ETL and reverse ETL pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and quality management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing (Snowflake)
• Experience with Agile work management and AI code development
• Familiarity with transactional database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB is preferred
