Job Summary

Managing data engineering projects, the full-time Manager Data Engineering will execute tasks to meet project objectives, collaborate with teams to gather data requirements, and develop data pipelines while ensuring quality and security.

• Manage and execute data engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines while monitoring and optimizing data processes for performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering
• Proven experience with data engineering tools and technologies
• A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Hortonworks Certified Data Engineer) are a plus
