Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Mentor for a Data Engineering Career Track.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 mentorship to students, including biweekly 30-minute check-ins
• Support students in project reviews and answer questions as needed
• Guide students in achieving learning goals and provide career advice

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Developer, or in related fields
• Strong understanding of data engineering skills, tools, and concepts
• Experience with Apache Spark, Python, SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud engineering (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience solving real-life data engineering problems with large data sets
• Empathy and ability to explain complex concepts to beginners
