Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Data Engineering Sales Specialists, focusing on coaching and execution
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's knowledge of Data Engineering solutions
• Own and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets for Data Engineering solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling technical software solutions
• 5+ years of experience managing and coaching a high-performing sales or specialist team
• In-depth knowledge of Data Engineering and related technologies
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional discussions with senior leadership
• Bachelor's Degree
