Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Agent to join their onshore operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute enrichment tasks including precise data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certification updates
• Utilize online databases to verify and validate provider information from third-party sources
• Manage credentialing applications and monitor their progress with government and private payers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a U.S.-based call center, data entry, or customer service role
• Familiarity with provider credentialing, insurance enrollment, or medical billing is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and ability to learn proprietary software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and evolving healthcare regulations
