Data Entry Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Analyst to support the migration and build-out of its RN-to-BSN program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a Content Inventory Spreadsheet documenting content types and migration notes
• Draft Content Entry Docs to translate course materials into structured build instructions
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and verify content accuracy before launch

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in structured data entry with high accuracy
• Experience with eLearning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
• Strong organizational skills to manage detailed work across multiple projects
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Background in healthcare, education, or edtech is a plus but not required
