Job Summary

Supporting ongoing data entry needs, the part-time One-Year Data Assistant will manage CRM data entry and maintenance, address communication backlogs, and ensure data integrity while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from San Francisco, CA.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor the communications data entry inbox and ensure accurate entry of funder email correspondence and donor interactions into the CRM
  • Execute bulk communications entry requests and complete regularly scheduled data hygiene routines to maintain data integrity
  • Assist with special data entry projects and perform administrative tasks associated with the Prospect Development team
Required qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in a data entry or processing role, preferably for at least one year
  • Experience with donor databases or constituent relationship management systems, such as Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud Enterprise CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality
