Key Responsibilities

• Execute data enrichment tasks with precision and efficiency, following client-defined protocols
• Focus on application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including proactive follow-up with state boards
• Deliver timely and high-quality execution of all assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
• Demonstrated technology proficiency, including comfort with various software applications and online databases
• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales/customer service is a plus
• Adaptable and flexible, with a proven ability to thrive amidst process and information changes
• Possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection and a suitable computer
