Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Claims Clerk to provide claims support and data entry services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
  • Authorize payments or refer claims for further review and maintain claims tracking database
  • Analyze trends and provide reports while meeting productivity and quality standards


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic proficiency with computers and Windows PCs
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility for shift schedules and occasional overtime
