Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Verify and update existing data. Organize and maintain files for easy access and retrieval. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Perform regular quality checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Assist with generating reports as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher is a plus).

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
