Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Entry Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate provider demographics, networks, and related data in the system
- Provide updates and information regarding system support files to relevant personnel
- Assist in resolving managed care issues and support internal departments with provider and member appeals
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF
- Experience in data entry and file maintenance
- Knowledge of healthcare provider data is a plus
- Understanding of physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers is beneficial
- Ability to work remotely and adhere to PST hours
