Job Summary

Detail-driven and organized, the full-time Data Entry Coordinator will manage scheduling requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure top-tier service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process and enter scheduling requests into the internal system while adhering to strict timelines
  • Manage direct billing setups and handle Portal/Hopper requests efficiently
  • Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients to ensure data integrity
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a legal setting
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems or databases
  • Litigation support experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and ability to manage time effectively
