Job Summary
Detail-driven and organized, the full-time Data Entry Coordinator will manage scheduling requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure top-tier service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and enter scheduling requests into the internal system while adhering to strict timelines
- Manage direct billing setups and handle Portal/Hopper requests efficiently
- Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients to ensure data integrity
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a legal setting
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or databases
- Litigation support experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and ability to manage time effectively
