Data Entry Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a successful migration to a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, the remote contract Coordinator, Data Entry will execute data quality remediation and preparation activities, focusing on improving the accuracy and usability of legacy data.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and cleanse legacy PLM data to identify and resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Prepare data sets for migration and support data mapping activities between source and target systems
• Execute data validation and verification activities to ensure the completeness and accuracy of migrated data

Required qualifications

• Experience in data cleansing, validation, and migration activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques
• Ability to interpret business rules and apply data governance standards
• Experience working in a regulated environment with medical devices and/or pharmaceutical data preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
