Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

Supporting customer service functions related to disaster response, the contract Data Entry Operator will assist callers, record information, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely from Meridian, MS.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists callers with inquiries related to recent disasters using a scripted approach
• Records all contact results in the call center database and refers escalated calls to a supervisor
• Plans daily activities according to company policy and maintains a neat work area

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Proficiency with computers, telephone systems, email, and web browsers
