Data Entry Quote Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry / Quote Analyst to support its Customer Success team during a critical renewal cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers
• Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success
• Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud or CPQ highly preferred)
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation
• Comfortable navigating spreadsheets and large data sets
• Must be able to work EST or CST
