Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process enrollments in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Perform enrollment reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and submit appeals as needed
• Review enrollment data from Medicare, Medicaid, and vendors to verify and update member information

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare enrollment processes preferred
• Experience with Market Prominence enrollment system is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
