Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to manage and validate customer-submitted data during the onboarding process for SMB PetCare customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer data submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with templates
• Communicate with customers to request corrections and follow up on data issues
• Maintain records of submissions and contribute to the improvement of data processes

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with structured data formats (CSV, spreadsheets)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MySQL databases
• Exposure to SaaS environments or onboarding processes is a plus
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple data submissions
• Ability to follow defined templates and validation rules consistently
