Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support back-office customer operations related to cycler rental billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter individual billing agreements into the GSP system based on cycler shipments
  • Identify patients with multiple cyclers to arrange retrieval of devices
  • Update and maintain data in Excel workbooks and tracking files
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 5 years of customer operations experience
  • High school degree or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
