Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support back-office customer operations related to cycler rental billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter individual billing agreements into the GSP system based on cycler shipments
- Identify patients with multiple cyclers to arrange retrieval of devices
- Update and maintain data in Excel workbooks and tracking files
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of customer operations experience
- High school degree or equivalent; 4-year college degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
