Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Entry Specialist will maintain accurate member coverage information in a health insurance setting, ensuring data integrity and processing enrollment requests from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile member records, including eligibility dates and primary care provider information
  • Process enrollment requests for new or reinstated members and ensure accurate data through comparisons with relevant files
  • Maintain internal customer relations by addressing enrollment issues and conducting research for accurate record-keeping
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in enrollment processing, preferably with Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial enrollment
  • Familiarity with systems such as Facets is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
