Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Entry Specialist will maintain accurate member coverage information and ensure data integrity within a health insurance setting, focusing on enrollment processes and record reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Review and reconcile member records, including eligibility dates and primary care provider information
- Process enrollment requests for new and reinstated members while ensuring accuracy against relevant files
- Maintain internal customer relations by addressing enrollment issues and contacting members for additional information
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in enrollment processing, particularly with Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial enrollment
- Familiarity with systems such as Facets is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
