Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

To support a boutique medical insurance brand, the temporary remote Data Entry Specialist will manage data entry, quoting, and clerical support tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities:

• Transferring data from various sources into specified spreadsheets with high accuracy
• Generating sales proposal documents using Salesforce and HelloSign
• Verifying necessary documentation for quoting and communicating any additional requirements

Required qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during high-volume periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
