Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-priority provider enrollment initiative, the contract Data Entry Specialist will work remotely to review provider information, accurately enter data into Medicaid and insurance enrollment applications, and complete and submit required forms during a 1-3 month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Review provider information within internal databases and systems
• Accurately enter data into Medicaid and insurance enrollment applications
• Complete and submit enrollment forms in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative support, or coordinator experience
• Comfortable working in databases, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
