Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a part-time PRN position, this remote role will manage the uploading, validation, and processing of clinical and operational data while ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically transfer and upload clinical, administrative, or operational data into company repositories and platforms
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and compliance against primary healthcare documentation
• Navigate internal health data tracking systems efficiently to update records and maintain file organization

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms preferred
• Proficient in utilizing cloud databases, digital file management applications, and basic spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional precision in typing, parsing, and validating complex healthcare data
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills to handle workload targets independently
