Data Entry Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Data Entry Team to handle escalations and questions
• Train and coach employees on existing and new processes while providing individual support to ensure quotas are met
• Conduct detailed reviews of medical bill data input and serve as a backup to the Data Entry Supervisor

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Analyst
• Ability to think and work independently within a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills
