Data Exchange Analyst

Job Summary

To support internal and external partners, the full-time remote Data Exchange Analyst II will design and maintain workflows, provide day-to-day support for EDI processes, and coordinate with third-party administrators to troubleshoot data and processing issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust internal workflows related to EDI functions
• Provide support to EDI Business Process Analysts and assist team members to meet deadlines
• Act as a liaison between business and IT, coordinating validation of requirements with third-party administrators

Required qualifications

• Experience with Benefit Administration platforms such as Employee Navigator, Workday, or ADP is preferred
• Strong ability to manipulate data files in various formats, including 834 and CSV
• Experience with API connections (HTTP, REST, Web API, etc.)
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to identify procedural gaps in workflows
• College degree preferred
