Data Exchange Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a healthcare data subject matter expert, the remote Data Exchange Analyst will manage client implementation meetings, recommend eligibility file formats, and coordinate the processing of eligibility data while ensuring data integrity and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Attend new client implementation meetings to discuss eligibility requirements and protocols
• Coordinate receipt and processing of eligibility data, identifying and triaging issues as they arise
• Proactively monitor system status and eligibility data to ensure quality and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, or Eligibility
• Ability to match PBM concepts and data fields across various systems
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and JSON
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
