Data Exchange Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Analyst I, the candidate will monitor DailyPay's Data Exchange ecosystem, conducting in-depth research to resolve data flow issues and ensure system health while adhering to established procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve Data Exchange-related issues, performing deep-dive research to minimize service impact and ensure data accuracy
• Identify and escalate operational risks by monitoring queues for anomalies and unexpected data patterns
• Support cross-functional partners on complex escalations by compiling relevant details and ensuring context is provided for issue resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant experience in an operational or real-time monitoring environment
• Exceptional attention to detail for high-precision resolution of Data Exchange issues
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful problem-solver with the capability to leverage documentation for independent resolutions
• Aptitude for learning foundational technical skills to support troubleshooting efforts
