Data Exchange Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Exchange Senior Associate responsible for managing electronic interfaces with clients for various insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate with TPAs for eligibility/enrollment/remittance data
• Implement interfaces according to established timelines and review test data for quality assurance
• Provide consultative solutions and prepare documentation for data exchange methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or 3 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience working with clients, producers, or TPAs preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access; preferred skills in mainframe TSO and JCL scripting
• Strong planning and project management skills preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines required
