A company is looking for a VP, Head of Data to lead its enterprise data organization through modernization and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Stabilize and modernize data architecture while delivering measurable business value
• Drive organizational leadership and culture around data usage and governance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive data leadership experience, including 5+ years at the VP/SVP level
• Strong foundational experience in database architecture and data engineering
• Experience influencing C-suite leaders and managing enterprise-scale data transformations
• Working understanding of AI/ML systems and data infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
