Data-Focused Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered customer experience products, the remote Data-Focused Full Stack Engineer will build and maintain software and data systems, focusing on backend services, frontend features, and data pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack product features that leverage data and AI to enhance user experiences
• Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations that connect product systems with data and AI capabilities
• Work with customer interaction data and analytics models to support AI-powered features and operational insights

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong production experience with Python
• Experience building full-stack applications, backend services, or data-driven product features
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with data systems, data pipelines, or analytics workflows
