Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Governance Analyst (Workday) to ensure the accuracy and governance of HR and Payroll data within HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain HR data governance standards and monitor data quality across Workday modules
  • Support SOX compliance through control design, documentation, and audit preparation
  • Develop and validate Workday reports and partner with cross-functional teams for audit readiness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS, audit, compliance, or data governance
  • Hands-on experience supporting SOX compliance
  • Workday reporting and data validation experience
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and their impact on financial reporting
