Data Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Governance Analyst (Data Deletion & Compliance).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Enterprise Data Governance programs focused on secure and permanent data deletion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data deletion controls, policies, and procedures
• Develop and track metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to measure the effectiveness of data governance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analysis
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data retention, and deletion policies
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, enterprise governance models)
