Job Summary

Supporting the governance and documentation of critical HR data, the remote contract Data Governance Analyst will work with stakeholders to define data, ensure its quality, and manage its lifecycle over a duration of 6+ months.

Key Responsibilities

• Document HR data definitions and sources in the data catalog
• Profile data and establish quality rules for monitoring
• Maintain metadata and data lineage documentation

Required Qualifications

• Experience with data management practices
• Ability to document and tag business metadata
• Strong background in HR data management and governance
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Advanced knowledge of data profiling, metadata management, and data cataloging
