Data Governance Architect

Job Summary

To support enterprise data governance initiatives, the full-time Data Governance Architect will assess current governance capabilities, define frameworks, and operationalize governance processes, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current data governance capabilities, identifying gaps and maturity levels
• Define and recommend a future state governance framework, including roles, responsibilities, and best practices
• Drive the development of a long-term data governance roadmap and support change management for adoption

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in data governance or related fields
• Proficiency in Informatica Data Analyst
• Experience with governance frameworks such as DAMA and federated governance models
• Understanding of data quality management, privacy, and security controls
• Ability to define and operationalize governance processes using technology platforms
