Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the company's data governance framework, defining policies for data ownership, access, retention, and quality management
• Partner with Legal and Security to align governance with regulatory obligations and lead readiness efforts for audits
• Develop the company's Responsible AI program and track regulatory trends in AI governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data governance, compliance, risk management, or AI policy in adtech or data-driven SaaS
• Strong familiarity with privacy laws, AI, and data protection frameworks
• Experience operationalizing governance frameworks across data, analytics, and engineering environments
• Technical literacy in data infrastructure, machine learning, and metadata management tools
