Data Governance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Governance Lead to oversee data governance policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operate data governance policies across multiple data domains
• Collaborate with teams to assess data management maturity and develop data operating models
• Monitor and support implementation of data security controls and respond to security incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 2-5 years of database management experience
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, or other relational databases in a cloud environment
• Strong understanding of data governance controls and regulations regarding PII and PMI protection
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required
• Solid understanding of database design, implementation, and security impacts throughout project lifecycles
