Data Governance Lead

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations in enhancing their data governance capabilities, the full-time remote Data Governance Lead will manage complex client engagements, develop governance strategies, and cultivate long-term relationships while integrating governance practices across the data lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Governance engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Design and establish Data Governance operating models, including governance structures and accountability frameworks
• Facilitate governance councils and strategic planning sessions to align governance strategies with organizational priorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields
• Experience leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives within healthcare organizations
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and Information Management disciplines
• Experience facilitating executive-level governance councils and strategic workshops
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
