Data Governance Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate - Data Governance & Stewardship Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data governance framework that aligns with corporate priorities and regulatory compliance
• Build and manage a network of data stewards, defining roles and facilitating meetings to drive adoption of standards
• Oversee data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, stewardship, or data management
• Proven experience leading data governance initiatives in complex environments
• Strong insurance industry experience, preferably in the Group Benefits sector
• Familiarity with data lifecycle management, data quality frameworks, and metadata management
• Experience with data governance technologies and tools such as Atlan or similar
