Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Governance & Retention - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Data Governance Council and execute its roadmap decisions
Oversee enterprise data-retention schedules and data-lifecycle management
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed data-governance policies and drive compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
5-7 years of experience in data governance and compliance; 3+ years in a leadership role
Certificates such as CDMP, CIPP/US, or PMP preferred
Hands-on experience with Atlan or similar data catalog platforms
Strong knowledge of U.S. data-privacy and retention regulations
