Data Governance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data governance program, the full-time remote Data Governance Manager will establish governance standards, manage data stewardship, and enhance data quality across the organization while collaborating with business stakeholders and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise data governance operating model, including councils and decision logs
• Provide leadership and operational direction for Reporting & Analytics teams, ensuring standardized processes
• Define and manage enterprise data ownership and stewardship structures across key business domains

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data governance or related enterprise data roles
• Proven leadership experience coordinating Business Systems Analysts or analytics support teams
• Strong understanding of data stewardship, business glossary management, and governance standards
• Experience integrating governance into agile delivery and operational processes
