Data Governance Manager

Job Summary

Focused on ensuring the integrity of People data, the full-time Data Governance Manager will manage data stewardship and governance, develop semantic models, and partner with AI delivery teams to support data readiness in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Domain Data Steward, facilitating stewardship and ensuring data governance standards are met
• Develop and maintain the domain's business glossary and semantic model, ensuring traceability and compliance
• Partner with stakeholders to promote effective data management and support AI initiatives, ensuring data quality and lineage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience in data governance or data management
• Experience in documenting business rules, data definitions, and governance processes
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition or People Services processes, with hands-on experience in relevant platforms (Avature or ServiceNow)
• Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Organized and delivery-focused, with a proven track record in managing complex initiatives
