Data Governance Manager

Job Summary

Executing the organization's Data Governance strategy, the full-time Data Governance Manager will implement and monitor data access, security, and governance practices in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor enterprise data governance policies and procedures across the data and analytics ecosystem
• Administer the enterprise data governance platform, ensuring data is discoverable, trusted, and protected
• Partner with Data Owners and Stewards to promote governance adoption and maintain documentation across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data governance, analytics, or related technology disciplines
• Experience administering enterprise analytics platforms, including Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Advanced knowledge of data governance concepts, including metadata management and data stewardship
• Understanding of data security principles, including zero trust and data loss prevention
