Data Governance Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the establishment and maturation of data governance capabilities, the full-time remote Data Governance Program Manager will build and maintain the enterprise data governance framework, ensuring trusted and compliant data for high-value analytics and decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and lead the data governance framework, policies, and standards while coordinating the Data Governance Council and related working groups
• Drive the evolution of the data governance strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with data regulations
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate data governance tools and oversee the implementation of data quality initiatives and metrics

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields
• Hands-on experience implementing data governance frameworks and stewardship processes
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements impacting data privacy and security
• Familiarity with report governance concepts and data catalog tools
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional councils and manage stakeholders effectively
