Data Governance Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a Finance data governance initiative, the contract Data Governance Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution for Salesforce and NetSuite, focusing on establishing clean master data and facilitating cross-functional alignment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive project execution across all phases, maintaining project plans and milestone tracking
• Conduct comprehensive audits of product, customer, and revenue data, documenting discrepancies and misaligned hierarchies
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to align on data governance decisions and execute data cleanup tasks in Salesforce and NetSuite

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance operations, RevOps, or data governance at a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-system data reconciliation and master data management projects
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite and Salesforce data structures and cleanup processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with CPQ platforms and their data prerequisites is preferred
