Data Imaging Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Deal Setup team remotely, the full-time Data Imaging Specialist will manage, analyze, and load data files, process image files, and assist in business operations while working from 10 am to 7 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Load Excel data into operational systems and ensure correct mapping is utilized
• Assist in image processing and maintain file directories while reviewing the quality of loan image files
• Work with Client Service Managers to ensure all items required for tasking are provided by the client

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a technology-based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel; experience with Access or SQL is preferred
• Strong analytical ability with experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective communication skills
