Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Data Infrastructure to lead a team of engineers and oversee critical data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers while ensuring operational excellence
• Manage data lake infrastructure operations, maintaining high uptime and on-call rotation
• Drive agile delivery through sprint planning and execution of infrastructure improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in data engineering/infrastructure with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on expertise with AWS data services, Airflow, Kafka/MSK, and data catalog tools
• Experience in translating customer requirements into platform capabilities
• Proven skills in agile delivery, including capacity planning and sprint execution
• Track record of operational excellence in incident response and achieving SLAs
